About us 

Tau Icesa Group is a consolidated company in construction sector in Barcelona, after a 

long  time  developing  the  idea,  Tau  Icesa  Group  has  created  PAR  S.L.,  engineering 

company  specializing  in  development  and  production  of  industrialized  constructive 

systems, based on precast  concrete panels,  that  can  solve  the  construction of walls 

and  roofs  in a  fast way and with higher quality  finish  than conventional constructive 

systems. 

 

PAR takes part in all the phases of the project and the building works:

Project 

PAR is in communication with the architects to industrialize the project to the highest 

point. This is our advantage, all is planed before building works begin, then everything 

goes faster. The architects also collaborate with PAR to reach a good esthetical level of 

the building. 

   

Industrialization 

The PAR engineering department industrializes all the project, beginning by the 

foundation up to the end of the building works. Then we achieve:

Totally closed budget wíth no surprises 

Real planning of the duratíon of building works 

Minimized risks during building works

Production 

The panels are produced in a factory, but depending on the distance between factory 

and building, or the number of panels that have to be produced, they can be done  in 

the same place where building  is. 

The manufacturing is done following the PAR system and specifications, according the 

regulations about  structures and  concrete. A quality  control will be made on all  the 

production. Main steps of manufacturing are the following: 

‐Plank mould control 

‐Manufacturing of reinforcing bars 

‐Placing the reinforcing bars in the plank mould 

‐Dumping of concrete 

‐Hardening of concrete 

‐Testing of concrete strength 

‐Storage and transport 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Construction 

The construction of  the  structure  is done by PAR,  following  the project of assembly, 

fully defined previously by PAR engíneering department. 

The  union  between  prefabricated  panels  is  done  using  threaded  connectíons,  the 

suppliers of this anchors have their products fully certified.
