Taking you through the journey of how ‘Pappa Ko Chipko’

came into evolution

Our unique International Mud Day and Father’s Day Celebration, we called it…

‘Pappa ko Chipko’

We witnessed that a lot of Pappa’s were not spending

enough time with their babies

It was now‘Research Time’

We sent out a questionnaire to Pappa’s to know, how much time they are spending

with their babies

We did not leave it at that. It was time to validate and get a reliable data. So, we sent a questionnaire to Mummies to

cross-check.

Further, we got the little ones to do the same, by drawing the time spent with

their daddies.

The results and drawing, got us to realize, that Pappa’s were deviating and are not spending enough time with their

babies.

Q asked to Dad: How many hours/minutes every day do you spend with your preschooler? Q asked to Mum: How many hours/minutes every day does your husband spend with your preschooler?

Q asked to Dad: How many hours/minutes do you spend with your preschooler on a Sunday and holidays? Q asked to Mum: How many hours/minutes does your husband spend with your preschooler on a Sunday and holidays?

Q asked to Dad: Do you read to your preschooler?Q asked to Mum: Does your husband read to your preschooler?

Q asked to Dad: Do you play any outdoor games with your preschooler?Q asked to Mum: Does your husband play any outdoor games with your preschooler?

Not only were they deviating, they were not spending enough time with

their babies. And the little time spent, was all indoors.

The drawings of our little kids, helped us find that out….

It was now time for some great bonding to take place.

So, emerged ‘Pappa Ko Chipko’.And what better day to have it on, than

‘World Father’s Day’

We are all in this together

By constructing towers together, I laid the foundation with Pappa of great togetherness.

Molding sand into things together, I molded closer ties with Pappa.

We are all in this together

Splish-splashing in the muddy water pool, helped me sprinkle joy into our relationship

Pappa and Baby went through the Hula Hoop... And they set out on a wonderful future for the two of them.

By playing the tug of war Pappa, we pulled at each other’s heart strings.

And after all the fun quality time spent by pappa and baby during

various activities and splish-splashing in the mud pool… We

were amazed to have a variation in their drawings…

Children and parents flooded us with feedbacks, comments on

facebook and requests of doing this more often
