¼ of milk

50gr of butter

1 teaspoon of butter

5gr of sugar

1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Introduce the butter in the microwave and heat for 30-40 seconds.

Put the milk, the butter, the eggs, the flour, the sugar and the salt in the jar.

Mix all the ingredients in the mixer.

Pass the mixture in the strainer.

Spread the butter in one non-stick saucepan and heat in medium fire.

Pour a little of the mixture in the saucepan and cook it.

MILKSHAKE (Four people)

- 350 gr of strawberries

- 700 ml of milk

- 70 gr of ice chopped

- Sugar

Preparation:

Clean the strawberries and cut the leaves.

Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix them.

Pour the milkshake into a glass.
