Visit the ruins of Phaselis and its gorgeous

beaches. This ancient Lycian city is on the

outskirts of Kemer town and it is reached by

road or sea.

Once ruled by Alexander the Great,

Phaselis was an important trading point and this is evident

in the ruins of the main market street stretching from one harbor to another.

Remains also include the amphitheater and houses. If ancient ruins are not your

idea of fun, pack a picnic and spend the day lying on two gorgeous beaches.

Go from sea to sky by using cable car to travel up Mount Tahtali. From there, marvel at amazing pan-oramic views of the coastline and Taurus Mountains. During winter, choose to ski down or if you are a daredevil with a head for heights, paraglide down instead.

Steeped in mystery and intrigue, the burning flames of Chimaera are near the resort of Cirali. Flames burn from rocks for 24 hours a day and in ancient times, they provided light to ships fearful of crashing on rocks. Simple science explains this natural wonder. Gases oozing from cracks in the rocks ignite with air causing flames to burn every day, all day no matter how many times they are extinguished.

Known as Kaleici, the old town of Antalya has retained much of its original appearance. Stroll down

narrow cobbled streets and absorb the atmosphere and vibes. This is a

great place to find small art galleries and specialist boutiques while admiring

ancient Ottoman architecture.

Near the resort of Side is Manavgat waterfalls. They are not the highest in the region but this is a great place to spend the day relaxing. Tea gardens provide refreshments and souvenir shops are open all the time. If Manavgat waterfall fails to delight you, head to the bigger display of Duden waterfalls within the city of Antalya.

Aspendos is in the Belek region of Antalya and home to a well

preserved Roman theatre.

The Antalya Archaeological Museum is open every day except Monday for adults and children to

enjoy exhibits and displays while learning about history.

Named as one of the best museums in Turkey, it highlights history in

the region throughout different periods and includes a designated

children’s section to ensure kids can thoroughly enjoy their visit too.-

Fruits and vegetables are cultivated by using local and regional species and adding the land’s historical, geographical and traditional agricultural and manufacturing methods which results in a certified organic production. The Olive Oil MuseumOur most recent achievement

in this business is the establishment of a special

historical museum of olive and olive oil: OLEATRIUM’ which has been accepted as one

of the best in the world by the international authorities.

This exhibition gallery is formed to reflect the connection of olive and olive oil culture of

the land we live with the olive’s Anatolian and Mediterranean

history; to leave as heritage sharing and making sense to the future. Oleatrium means

the great hall where olives are exhibited.

We are travelling through a 2500 years time. We are

entering a time tunnel formed of totally 11 parts. This journey starts 2500 years ago with the

Ion age and ends with the first electrical Stone mill and

poming pressed system used 100 years ago is not preferred

nowadays.This project’s aim and realized

shape has, different from other

examples of exhibition galleries and museums of this kind in our country and abroad, a flavour

of time travel.It is shown with real dimensions

and almost real animations, how olive and olive oil was

produced in history’s known terms and why it was used.

So, nowadays people and the next generation will not only

have a visual knowledge about how olive oil was produced and the mechanical system

which was used, but also they will see the field and aims of

olive oil used except food, from the first times it was produced.

After a messy period of conquest and after the population was moved from Selçuk to the the present site, Ephesus became a Roman city in 133 BC. The ancient site of Ephesus is seen entirely on foot. Pathways are signed clearly and easily navigated as you make your way through the archaeological site. The ruins are situated on the bank of a hill. There are two entry/exit points about 3 km apart. The entire ruins are easily covered on foot within two hours.Hours: off season, daily 08:00-17:30.
