Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m. fol-lowed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Ogden motioned to approve the agenda and additions. Fladeland seconded, motion carried.
LaBar motioned to approve the reading and amendment of the last minutes. Flad-eland seconded, Amendment that Mike Da-vis was appointed to be Temporary Deputy Auditor until the 11th. Motion carried.
LaBar motioned to approve the trea-surer’s report and checks to be written. Fl-adeland seconded, motion carried.
Rice motioned to approve the checks Ogden seconded, motion carried.
New Business:Discussed extending culvert 5 feet on
both sides of driveway at Kreiger’s Weld-ing. LaBar motioned to extend 16-inch culvert on both sides with fl ares. Fladeland seconded, motion carried.
Van Rice requested to have a perfor-mance audit done on the city. No motion carried.
