the battery of my camera· 2 cups chopped fresh fenugreek leaves· 1 cup boiled peas· 1 cup fresh cream/ malai· Whole peppercorn crushed· Salt For the paste· One big chopped onions· 10 no.cashews/ almondTempering· 1 tsp ginger paste· 3-4 slit green chillies· 1 tsp cumin seeds· I tsp Urad Dal· 2 no. Whole red Chilli

1. Boil the onion cashew/almond and make into a paste2. Take a pan. Add oil and temper with the other ingredients3. Add the paste. Add water if it sticks and gets burnt.4. Add washed chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté for 3-4 minutes.5. Add peas and allow to combine together followed by cream and dry masala.6. Mix it well. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
