AGREEMENTTHIS AGREEMENT is made on _______________ day of ______________ between the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir

Whereas the Government has decided to provide employment to unemployed Kashmir migrant youth in terms of Jammuand Kashmir, Kashmiri Migrants (Special Drive) Recruitment Rules, 2009.

WHEREAS vide Order No: _______________________ dated ___________.The executor has been appointed on probation as _______________________ in the Department

_____________________ subject to execution of this Agreement; and inter-alia, on the explicit condition that his appointmentas such shall subsist only so long as he serves in the Kashmir Valley; and

WHEREAS that the appointee shall be considered for regularization on the basis of his performance and satisfactory com-pleton of period of probation in according with aforementioned rules, and

WHEREAS that the appointee agrees to serve in Kashmir Valley and will at no stage opt or seek for transfer outsideKashmir Valley; and

Whereas the appointee agress that in case he migrates again from Kashmir Valley at any stage for any reasons whatsoev-er, he will stand automatically terminated from the service and shall have no claim against any post under the state; and

WHEREAS if the appointee willfully neglects or refuses to perform his duty in Kashmir Valley the appointing authority shallimmediately terminate his service’ and

WHEREAS if the appointee will at no stage seek or opt for transfer outside the Kashmir Valley.Now, therefore, I accept the said terms and conditions of appointment.

(iii) Bids once submitted online cannot be resubmitted or withdrawn. (iv) Conditional bids and the bids not meeting the qualifying criteria on the date

of receipt of bids shall be summarily rejected.(v) The bidders have to submit their bids online in electronic format with digital

signature the bids proposed without digital signature will not be accepted. Noproposal will be accepted in physical form.

(vi) Bids will be opened online as per time schedule mentioned on page no. 02in table at Para - 06.

(vii) Before submission of online bids, bidders must ensure that scanned copy ofall the necessary documents have been attached with bid.

(vii) The department will not be responsible for delay in online submission due toany reasons.

(ix) All the required information for bid must be filled and submit online.(x) Bidders should get ready with the scanned copies of tender documents,

EMD & Other documents as specified in the tender documents. (xi) The details of tender documents, EMD specified in the tender, documents

should be the same as submitted online (Scanned copies) otherwise tenderwill summarily be rejected,

(xii) The firm should register himself on website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app)and obtain user ID, password before bidding.

(xiii) Entire tender process will be carried out online through above mention web-site.

(xiv) Firms are advised to procure e. token/Digital Signing Certificate from suitablevendors of from any authorized agency.
