PADME AUTHOR LIST
Defined on a early basis It consists of all PADME Collaborators, i.e. all people committed to contribute to the activities of the experiment for the year
in practice, for INFN groups, this corresponds to the list of people (ricercatori e tecnologi) with any FTE percentage in the PADME experiment on the INFN DB of planned activities;for other groups it is responsibility of the local team leader to provide to the Collaboration with a correct and up to date list of PADME Collaborators for the next year by July each year;

PADME EDITORIAL BOARD & SPEAKER BUREAU
Mandate: with the approval of the PADME Experiment by LNF and INFN, the PADME Collaboration is officially born. Results from the research founded by the Institutions participating to the Collaboration should be presented as a collective effort of the PADME team in papers, conference talks or posters. The “PADME Editorial Board & Speaker Committee” is responsible for ensuring
the high quality of PADME papers, talks and postersa wide-spread publicity of the PADME results in high profile conferences and workshopsthe correctness of the author list used for any public (preliminary or published) PADME resulta fair distribution of PADME talks among Collaborators
Composition (2 years, since May 20, 2016): Chair: S.SpagnoloEx Officio: Spokespersons (M. Raggi, P. Valente), Physics Coordinator (X.Xxxx)Extended composition (for detector papers, talks, posters in the scope of a specific PADME sub-detector): Team Leader(s) of the relevant sub-detector(s)

PADME EDITORIAL BOARD & SPEAKER BUREAUWe distinguish the PADME public results into three categories and a few scopes corresponding to PADME sub-detectors:
Category papers: papers, approved by the PADME Collaboration, submitted to journals and published on arXiv
Category conference notes:preliminary results, approved by the PADME Collaboration, prepared to document preliminary results to be presented at conferences (also by people outside PADME) but not yet ready for publication on journal
Category conference proceedings: for conference talks and posters
Scope PADME Experiment topic: PADME physics potential, status and perspectives of the experiment and results from PADME data, should be signed by all PADME authors papers and conference notes about the PADME Experiment should be signed by all PADME collaborators, listed after “The PADME Collaboration”proceedings of talks or posters about the PADME Experiment should be signed as X.Xxxx (speaker or poster presenter) on behalf of the PADME Collaboration* and the all PADME collaborators should be listed in a footnote referred by *
Scope PADME Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector topic: PADME specific results about the Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector papers and conference notes about the PADME Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector should be signed by all PADME Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector Collaborators, listed after “The PADME Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector Collaboration”proceedings of talks or posters about the PADME Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector should be signed as X.Xxxx (speaker or poster presenter) on behalf of “The PADME Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector Collaboration*“ and the all PADME Calorimeter/Active Target/Any sub-detector Collaborators should be listed in a footnote referred by *

RULES FOR PADME TALKS AND POSTERS
The PADME Editorial Board & Speaker Bureau is responsible for selecting conferences where the PADME results can be presented.
Input about interesting Conferences and workshops can come from any PADME Collaborator and must be addressed to the Chair.
Abstracts for talks / posters are submitted by the Chair of the Speaker Bureau to the Conference Organisers (speaker selection can happen later)
input about topics for posters can come from any PADME Collaboratorposter presenters can be self-candidate or can be selected by The PADME Editorial Board & Speaker Bureau or Team Leadersspeakers are selected by The PADME Editorial Board & Speaker Bureau trying to ensure a fair distribution of PADME talks within the Collaboration taking into account
contributions of individuals to the experiments (input from team leaders and institute representatives)competence on the topic to be presented
PADME talks/posters should be reviewed by the PADME Editorial Board & Speaker Bureau before been presented at the conference
a draft should be submitted to the Chair of the Bureau by the speaker/presenter at least 10 working days in advance of the conference and comments/corrections should be included by the author before the talks is signed off for presentation

RULES FOR PADME PAPERS
General papers should be subject to a careful review by the whole collaborationThe steps to ensure a throughout review:
paper content (results) should be presented in a collaboration wide meeting, with mandatory attendance of EB & Team Leadersif general content is approved, and results are considered ready for publication
the authors should document results / analysis procedures in full details in an internal document (PADME internal note)
a review of results/procedures should be carried out by the EB based on this documentthe EB decides the journal draft n1 of the paper should be prepared by an editorial team, consisting of analysis authors & EBdraft n.1 should be circulated to the whole collaboration, collecting comments for improvements and questions the EB team prepares draft n.2 addressing comments/questions received on draft n1 in a public general meeting the EB team will run a public reading of draft n.2 the EB prepares a final draft for submission based on input from the public reading and submit the paper.

CONFERENCES IN 2017not too many conferences listed after September
7-8 submissions of abstracts for talks by September + IFAE 2017 (19-21/04 Trieste)+ some other local/small size workshops that we cannot anticipate now it can be a satisfactory exposure
Other considerations to have in mind when submitting abstracts not too many people available to give talks
their agenda can be quite full ..
