Machining of castings and forgings

Eshuis Metaal BV can also be your excellent supplier for machining castings and forgings. Our knowledge of machining forgings as special bases for hydraulic cylinders is based on over 30 years of experience. Clamping and machining complex shapes as castings and forgings has become one of our specialties in these years. We can also purchase your forgings at reliable suppliers in The Spain and Turkey. For several industries we have machined different sorts of castings, but most of it are aluminum (thin walled) housings for gearboxes etcetera.

Many hydraulic cylinder manufacturers experience Eshuis Metaal BV as a reliable partner for supplying high precision parts such as special glands, pistons, bases and manifold blocks. Our knowledge and experience with these components together with modern equipment and tooling result in a high quality standard and competitively.



CNC machining: innovative and cost efficient

In our flexible machine shop we are able to produce repeating middle sized batches in a very efficient way.

Multiple clamped components can be machined in different angles by using index able clamping systems. This systems can be mounted on different machines, which creates great flexibility. By using flexible robotics with vision techniques we are able to manufacture 24 hours per day with a minimum of operators or even unmanned.

After a good work preparation, CNC machines will be programmed and set up by excellent trained employees. During and after production all collected data will be analyzed and stored in our ERP-system so there won’t be unexpected problems in repeat orders.

This results in the constant high quality level and delivery performance for our customers.

We have possibilities to turn and machine components completely from bar or machine single pieces which will be loaded by hand or robotics.

In our tooling shop we develop the fixtures and clamping tools for machining complicated forms as forgings and castings.

By using flexible robotics with vision techniques we are able to manufacture 24 hours per day with a minimum of operators or even unmanned.

Our latest investment in the Doosan Puma TT1800SY with bar feeder gives us the possibility to completely turn and machine components in one operation.

Many components will be applied for hydraulic systems and special cilinders. Our experience with very accurate glands and pistons also guarantee a high quality of your precision components.
