I was born on

April 4th, 1989

in Rochester ,

Michigan

USA. When

I’m in the

States I live in

a house with

two

roommates in

Rochester.

This is the

same city that

my University

is in.

My

roommates

are Julie and

Tommy, and

we are really

good friends.

We each have

a cat, so there

are three cats

in the house!

I have a lot of

close friends

at home that I

miss very

much! Some

of them I met

in high school,

and the others

I met while I

was studying

at Oakland

University.

Some of them

come from

different

origins (from

different

countries) but

most of them

are from

Michigan.

My friends in

Bordeaux are

mostly

assistants as

well. They are

from all over

the world and

are assistants

of English,

Spanish,

Russian, and

German.

We do things

like cook

together,

make picnics,

walk on the

quai, shop, try

new

restaurants

and travel

together.

My parents

and I are very

close. They

are really fun

and cool. They

are hippies,

they used to

live in LA in

California in

the 1970’s.

They plan to

move here to

Bordeaux

next year!

The rest of my

family lives in

Pennslyvania,

near the

mountains. I

only see them

once a year. I

only have one

Grandma, but

she is really

amazing. I

also have

some cousins,

aunts, and

uncles.

Traveling is my favorite thing to do. I have not traveled much in the US, but in Europe I have traveled to many countries. I have also visited a lot in Canada.

I have been to: France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Wales, England, Greece, and Israel. I hope to travel to Eastern Europe during the spring.

I have many things I like to do. Besides travel, I like to play guitar, hang out with friends, walk, take photos, listen to music and cook. Also, on weekends I dance salsa with my friends.

My favorite food is avocado. I love sushi and I like to make it myself.

I did not vote in the recent election because I am in France, but I would have voted for Obama and I’m so happy he won!
