Venice Interventional Cardiology (VIC) returns for its 3rd edition to bring to clinicians and surgeons the latest and more advanced endovascular techniques. In this edition the Symposium focus on the treatment of structural heart disease and brain-heart interaction in modern era.

We provide an update of the most recent clinical trials, challenging cases, tips and tricks.

The overall goal of the meeting is to share with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiosurgeons, Neurologists and Neuroradiologists the new evidences about heart structural disease treatment, stroke endovascular treatment, complex cases, latest innovations in medical therapy and devices, comparing clinical, endovascular and surgical points of view. HOW TO REACH THE CONGRESS VENUEPalazzo Franchetti is a Congress Center in the main island of Venice conveniently located in San Marco area, very close to the Accademia Bridge.

The venue is a walking distance from Piazzale Roma or alternatively it is easily reachable by steamboat. Line 1 and 2 depart from the ACTVbridge; they go along the Canal Grande and line 2 is slightly faster because avoids intermediate stops. Line 1 stops as follows: Ferrovia- Riva di Biasio - S. Marcuola - S. Stae - Ca D’Oro - Rialto - S. Silvestro- S. Angelo - S. Tomà - Cà Rezzonico.

The journey takes approx. 30 minutes.Once at the “Accademia” stop walk on the left of the Accademia bridge, cross the Canal Grande and you get in front of Palazzo Franchetti garden.
