Currently they do everything by filling some paper forms.

The proposed solutions by the client or yourself may or may not be feasible. Hence it is important to determine if a given solution is feasible before one starts dreaming about it.

Individually (5 min): Determine if one of your solutions is feasible. Ask Omi as many questions as you need to determine this.
