Course Description
Oracle Primavera Contract Management (PCM) is a web based, multi-user, multi-project database system for managing all aspects of a project relating to the contractual relationship. This contractual relationship is the "center of the universe" from the perspective of how PCM manages information. A project may have multiple relationships with contractors within a project. Oracle Primavera Contract Management is designed to allow the users and management to be pro-active in understanding the progress of the project relating to money and communication. • Know when RFI's need to be answered • Know when insurance is about to expire for a contractor • Know when there is a potential for cost over-runs long before the end of the project • Know when submittals must be approved to not affect schedule • Know what changes are affecting the bottom line
This highly interactive and hands-on class will take attendees through real world scenarios and how Oracle Primavera Contract Management supports these.
