Checking cleanliness of venue and providing assistance if cleaning is required. Providing assistance to event partners. Security and supervising equipment in children's area. Where: George's Dock, Dublin 2 When: One shift of 4 hours 8am and 8pm on Saturday 26 th /Sunday 27th May 2012 Role: Programme Distribution Dublin City Soul Festival What's Involved? We would like to gather with all Art Deco enthusiasts and experts to join efforts to RECORD and PRESERVE the architectural, cultural and social aspects of ART DECO era (192040s). Tasks: to greet attendees coming to the inaugural meeting. Volunteers are needed for the following roles: 1. Festival Coordinators. Helping to organize and coordinate Musicians, Artists, exhibitors, trade shows, Festival activities and other events 2. Festival Fundraiser 3. Public Relations/ promoter through various media outlets including social media, radio, television and print 4. Event Assistant Coordinator. The Volunteer will support the work of our Music & Events Manager in the areas of event management, venue rental bookings, artist liaison, and event promotion 5. Graphic design Volunteer. An experienced graphic design artist will involve production of Festival marketing materials and other promotional products Where: Dublin Central Mission, Lower Abbey Street, Dublin 1 When: 12 days per week. The internship is for a five month period. Starting May 2012. Role: Volunteer Photographer The Matt Talbot Community Trust What's Involved? We are looking for a volunteer to take photos of our project and our group for our new website. We are looking for someone who will be able to capture the work that we do through quality photography or digital film. Meals will be provided on site.
