Appendix No.6. BEH JORC table for Public Reports on Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and

Ore Reserves

Criteria Explanation

Section 1 Sampling Techniques and Data

Sampling techniques Rotary drilling was used to obtain core which was sampled to industry standards. Samples were prepared and analysed by PT. Geoservices to ASTM standards. Sample intervals were calibrated with downhole geophysical logging results from Gamma, Density (Long spacing & High Resolution) and Caliper.

Drilling techniques 4 Jacro 175 rotary drill rigs were used to drill HQ sized holes. Drill bit for core was used diamond surface 5 step outer flush. For core was used HQ core barrel with triple core liptor and core split.

Drill sample recovery Average recovery from core holes was 91%

Logging All chips and core was geologically logged. No geotechnical holes were drilled. All holes were subject to geophysical logging. All Logging was to a standard appropriate for Mineral Resources Estimation.

Sub-sampling techniques and sample preparation

Full core samples were taken. Samples were prepared to industry standards and appropriate for the deposit in consideration.

Quality of assay data and laboratory tests

Sample preparation and assaying was completed to ASTM standards by PT. Geoservices. No duplicates or laboratory checks were undertaken by Killara.

Verification of sampling and assaying

For coring holes we used twinned holes. Drill holes using open hole method, after reach total depth and we recorded the hole using geophysical logging, from geophysical data we determine coal interval. Then we drill 3 m parallel with the strike, 30cm before reach coal interval we begin coring. After the coring finish we recorded the holes again.

Location of data points Drill locations were recorded with a GPS handheld. After drillholes finish the survey team updated drillholes location using Topcon Total Station equipment.

Data spacing and distribution For Pit4E and Pit 11EA drillholes spacing is approx every 200 m along strike and 50 m down dip and for undeveloped area (eastern block) drillholes spacing approx every 200 m and 30 m downdip. Samples were not composited. Data spacing and distribution is sufficient to establish the degree of geological continuity appropriate for Mineral Resource estimation. Quality results are required before comment on the competence of coal quality data can be made.

Orientation of data in relation to geological structure

Geological sampling is considered representative of the projects geological structure. Apparent widths were reported.

Sample security Sample were taken, stored and delivered to the coal laboratory by Killara geologist.

Audits or reviews NA

Section 2 Reporting of Exploration Results

Mineral tenement and land tenure status

Production permit (Izin Usaha Pertambangan No:540/005/IUOP/MB-PBAT/I/2011) covers a 1002 ha area in the Tenggarong district, East Kalimantan Regency, Indonesia. The extension period provides for a further term of four years under new permit No. 540/042/IUP-OP/MB-PBAT/XII/2013 that will expire in December 2017. Listed as ‘clean and clear’ by the Indonesia’s department of Energy and Mineral Resources. No material issues with third parties including joint ventures, partnerships, overriding royalties, native title interests, historical sites, wilderness, national park or environmental settings known, Killara 80% ownership.

Exploration done by other parties Vendor data included 567 borehole logs, topographical mapping, coal analysis and associated reports. This information was validated by Killara’s geologists however is not sufficient to allow for reporting of Reserves to JORC standards.

Geology BEH is located in the Kutai Basin, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The first phase of sedimentation in the Kutai Basin was transgressive phase which began in the early Miocene, this was followed by a phase of regression that continues today. Sediments within the basin characteristically consist of clastic fine grain quartz sandstones, siltstones and claystones. Other sediments include intercalated siltstones, limestones and coal deposited in parallic, neritic or littoral deltaic environments grading to open marine environments.

Drill hole information See appendix 3, appendix 4 & appendix 5

Data aggregation methods NA

Relationship between mineralization widths and intercept depth

Apparent widths were reported for all seam intervals.

Balanced reporting NA

Other substantive exploration data
