We will start our processing with receiving an order from customer. Customer

services which that front desk will describe our product and how can we help them to

increasing the market regarding their promotion product. Our expertise graphic designers

will design the draft according to their concept of product. With these design medium

may create awareness to people out there following the information ambiance.

After the designation created and finalize by customer agreement, operation line

will do their job, which that print out the design according to what types of product and

finishing. In this process our quality inspector will inspect the quality of product before

packing the finish good. We are emphasizing in this area because this is our image which

that the main consequential. The packaging of product will packed according to type of

product in term precaution until the product delivered to customer.

2.2.1.6Quality Control And Pollution

To gain customer satisfaction with meet requirement standard in our production in order

to put our quality of product by followed procedure of ISO. We standardize our company

management to control each of our disposals and manage in preventing the environment

from getting polluted because of our production activity.

Quality control system

All products that are being produce must be survey by the Q/C inspector.

The Q/C inspector must do an inspection by using ratio 1:20 accordance to type of

product. That means every 20 unit of products being produce must endure by the

Q/C inspection department to avoid error in production

All raw materials must use only the raw material being supplied.

All the raw materials must follow all the quality demanded by the operation

management.

The finished products must be stored at he the store provided at according to the

arrangement specified.
