HOW IT WORKSThis passport is your ticket to discovering the 38 farms participating in the 8th Annual

Open Farm Day, brought to you by the Agricultural Economic Development Program atCornell Cooperative Extension of Madison County. On Saturday, July 30, from 10am to

4pm, we invite you to visit the farms listed in this passport and explore Madison County’s

fantastic array of local agricultural enterprises. All you need is an Open Farm Day passport

and a cooler to bring home tasty local foods!

This passport is divided into four regions with numbered stops to clearly indicate the

location of Open Farm Day participants. A detailed Madison County highway map will be

available at each stop. Open Farm Day stops can also be viewed on our mobile-enabled

website at OpenFarmDayMadisonCounty.com. For your convenience, “Open Farm Day

Stop” signs will be posted at each location for easier navigation.

Farms offer a variety of activities such as tours, rides, free samples and animal interaction!

To help plan your day, please read farm descriptions. You may use the symbols at the

bottom of this page as a guide to know what unique offerings each farm has as well.

When visiting a passport destination, present your stamp card on page 2 to receive a

stamp or sticker. Collecting three or more stamps and filling out the visitors’ survey on

page 4 will earn you this year’s prize – an insulated shopping tote! To collect your prize,

simply show the farm your three stamps and turn in your completed survey.  Prizes are

available while supplies last, to ensure supply, we ask that each family take only one prize.
