• On an annual basis 91% of OOMC and RPRS instructions occur during on-peak hours.

• On a seasonal basis only the winter period contains a sizable number of OOMC and RPRS instructions which occur in the off-peak hours
• 83% of total instruction are still occurring during on-peak hours• Estimation of ramping hours would indicate 30% to 40% occurring during off-peak hours
