creations… simple or extravagant – all welcome! We need a Barista…… Are YOU a Barista? We would love your help in the Café for a couple of hours, please pop into the Front Office to have a chat.

URGENT … URGENT… URGENT… Our Curry Stall is in DIRE NEED of RICE COOKERS (preferably large size) … not the

human type – we need your RICE COOKER from home please. May we borrow it? It

will be loved and looked after… and it will support THE best ever Curry Stall! Please

bring to the Front Office Friday or Saturday… or even Sunday morning.

(But we’d love to know it’s on its way to us. Would you please ring the Front Office on

8293 2753 to let us know it’s coming?)

allocated stall. YOU can choose which stall/s you volunteer on… take your pick from

STRAWBERRY CAFÉ CALLING ALL BAKERS…

This is it!! It’s time to create those awesome muffins, cakes, scones & biscuits that

our Café is so well known for. Your donations will be GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED at the

canteen kitchen on Fair morning.

CAKE STALL Again… ALL BAKERS… we’d love you’d to help our Cake Stall look yummy with your home

BBQ STALL – Love a snag on the barbie! OSHC are running this stall again and would love YOUR help.

We are again having a ‘mystery wine wall’ but need your help to

Help needed THE DAY BEFORE the Event

PRODUCTION HELP NEEDED Saturday 3rd November between 10am-5pm

Any help valued... even one hour would be greatly appreciated!

we need as many helpers as we can to put up stalls, umbrellas, signage, tables and trestles.

SATURDAY HELP NEEDED FOR –

CUTTING STRAWBERRIES IN THE STAFFROOM FROM 12 noon Thank you in advance.

Also keep in mind we will be needing help on Sunday 3pm after the Fair. After pack up, the Tavern is open with the offer of a free drink and sausage to thank our workers. Most people wait around for the announcement of our takings for the day.

And Monday morning too, to help pack up and get the grounds ready again for school to resume on Tuesday!
