Solutions

The Information Kiosk is a special hardware, used to display on it s touchscreen, high quality multimedia content, even together with sound. The user can easily navigate through the menus and contents using the touchscreen or an attached keyboard. The content alwaysdepends on the application: retail shop offers, bank services, restaurantmenu or the programme in a cinema. The kiosk can be used also tomake transactions, forward orders or to reserve and register. The outdoor kiosks has the same purpose and functionality as theindoor kiosks, being equipped with special components and a weatherproof housing. An equipment placed outside, should follow thechanges of weather, so the terminals needs to be prepared to work andthe display to be visible in rain and strong sunshine, day and night, on hot and freezing days too.

Through the technological and IT development at the beginning of the 21stcentury, among other industries, the advertising industry stepped into a revolutionary era. The old static posters, billboards do not fit anymore into the new century s standards. The Digital poster is able to play any PC based file format (flash, avi, mpg, jpg …) even in HD resolution together with sound. This method delivers much more viable and lively coloured images, whichwill keep a deeper memory in the viewer than any other printed format. As the Digital Posters can be connected in a network, the content can beupdated remotely. In this way commercials and useful informations can be displayed in parallel.

The interactive window display is a solution, which placed in a shop-window, enables anybody passing, by touching it s surface, to navigate in thedisplayed content. The operation is based on two thin layers of foil (projection and touch), applied on the window display and a projector as a source of thedisplayed content. In some cases the projector and the projection foil can be replaced with an LCD screen. The Interactive Window Display is a similar solutionto the Digital Poster but offers a much wider application. In this case the potential customers will be not only viewers of the marketingand information content but they will be able to navigate in a menu and select the content which stay closest to their interest.
