A newly created position, YouSwoop’s Online Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in YouSwoop’s day-to-day success.
Specifically:
Responsibilities:
Manage YouSwoop’s Email Campaign Program, including sending our daily emails
Optimize the layout and organization of features on YouSwoop.com to improve revenue, engine visibility and create a favorable user experience
Review features prior to them going live to ensure each is crafted with marketing genius – from the right image to most appealing copy
Monitor website purchasing and ensure the proper inventory for each feature is updated
Utilize YouSwoop’s Social Media
Optimize website structure, link strategy and content to maximize qualified organic traffic (SEO)
Analyze data and reports, including Google Analytics to make informed decisions on executing the above responsibilities
Creating and leading campaigns to drive revenue and generate leads cross all marketing channels will be expected.
Manage Marketing and PR interns You’d be a good fit if…
You’ve been told time and again that you have a superb writing style that is engaging, creative and personally connects with people – basically, you are someone who people want to get to know / follow after reading something you write on social media
You have rock solid verbal and written communication skills
You have at least two years of online marketing experience under your belt and a record of achievement in e-marketing, website management
You’re (very) detail oriented and organized
You know everything there is to know about social media and trends
You would describe yourself as perfectionist
You are self sufficient
You are a people person
You like a work-hard, play-hard environment and don’t settle for anything less than great
You are excited about working in a start-up environment alongside other ambitious, young professionals
