ClickPersonal Banking for your state.

Select an account type.

Read and accept the Agreements and Disclosures.

Complete the enrollment using your account information.

Create a user ID and password.

LOG IN

1. Go to citizensbanking.com

2. Click on Select Account to choose your state

(left side of screen), then click Login.

MAKE PAYMENTS

1. ClickMake Payments.

2. ClickAdd a Payee to add a new business or person to pay,

then return to Make Payments.

3. C hoose your account under Use Funds From.

4. Fill in the Amount and send-on Date for the bill you want to pay.

5. R eview and click the Make Payments button.

MAKE A TRANSFER1. ClickTransfer Funds.

2. Select the Transfer From account, and then the Transfer To account.

3. Enter the Transfer-On Date and Amount, then clickContinue.

4. Review and clickSubmit Transfer.

SET UP AN ACCOUNT ALERT

1. Click on Customer Service.

2. Under Contact Options, clickAdd an Alert.

3. Choose the Alert and checkEmail if applicable.4. ClickSubmit.
