CareTec Network Help Center

What is it?

• The CareTec Network Help Center mission is to be a one-stop information and referral service for all seniors, their caregivers, and families.

• We listen to the seniors ‘story’ and uncover their needs

• We give them solutions• We connect them with reputable, high-quality

organizations that we know can help them as well as LHM services when needed

• We automatically follow up with every person that calls the CareTec Help Center to ensure all their needs were met and quality service was provided

CareTec Network Affiliate Qualifications

• Believe in Lutheran Homes of Michigan’s mission and the CareTec Network customer service commitment

• Provide free estimates• Guarantee work and/or product• Have one or more of the following when going to a

seniors home: • Visible company photo I.D.• Uniform with company logo• Company marked vehicle

• Pass a Better Business Bureau check

CareTec Network Affiliate Qualifications (Continued)

•Guarantee 24 hour or less response time to all inquiries•Monitor email account daily•Provide contracts and estimates in a minimum 14 point font•Provide written estimates which state the final cost will not be more than 10% of estimate without written approval•Comply with Michigan Home Solicitation Act•Support CareTec Network quality assurance process

Next Steps

• Complete a simple CareTec Network Affiliate application form

• Add in categories and sub categories if you feel appropriate• Add questions that you commonly ask clients to help determine their needs

• Once accepted as a CareTec Network Affiliate pay a $200 charter membership (excluding volunteers)

• Sign up for one of our “Doing Business with Seniors” training sessions

• Begin receiving potential clients from the CareTec Network Help Center
