Tod has been employed with jcpenney for 28 years, 14 of which have been in San
Angelo. He has been awarded the James Cash Penney Community Service Award for
the last 3 years.
Tod very strongly believes in serving and assisting others and has been supporting
the United Way through the jcpenney workplace campaign throughout his career.
