RETURN OVER 15 YEARS OF THE CHRONO FLEX ADVENTURE … The CHRONO Flex company was established in 1995 in Nantes under the impulsion of 3 entrepreneurs looking for a solution for their professional needs. CHRONO Flex started its activity with only a truck. The mobile service of repair of on-site hydraulic hoses encountered such a success as CHRONO Flex quickly implants the other mobile units. Today, CHRONO Flex is the national leader with 180 workshops vehicles distributed on all the French territory and pursues its international development. 1995 : Creation of the company Assistance Flexible which will become then Flex'

Cible, team of 3 persons and only 1 vehicle of intervention. 1997 : Building of the company with the implementation of a sales department,

the Technical service and the Training pole. 1998 : 16 departments covered by 26 persons. The company becomes leader in

France of the emergency on-site hydraulic hoses repairs. 1999 : Development of mobile IT solutions for the management of our intervention 2000 : 71 vehicles of intervention and 3 000 customers 2001 : 100ème vehicle of intervention, 6 500 customers, 45 000 interventions in

France, 2 vans in Martinique. 2002 : Flex'Cible becomes CHRONO Flex. 2003 : 170 employees, 1 vehicle in Guadeloupe. 2004 : Launch of the 3rd vehicle in Martinique.


2005 : 160 vehicles of intervention, 230 employees, launch of the MIR (Fast

Intervention Motorcycle) on the Paris region, birth of the contract service in France, a 2nd vehicle in Guadeloupe, internationalization of CHRONO Flex in Spain and in Switzerland.

2006 : 10 years of existence, 280 technicians, confirmation of its leading position

in France, organized by the Risk and Safety Diagnose, launch of the 200th vehicle of intervention and presence in Italy.

2007 : 225 vehicles of intervention, 100 000 interventions realized in France and

on the international stage, 300 persons, launch of Sweden and the French La Reunion island.

2008 : Reorganization of the capital and the creation of the group Inov-On

interventions (among which 65 000 in France), 10 000 customers, opening of Belgium and re-start of the Swedish activity.

2010 : One year of stabilization and reconstruction. Launch of our new

embarked IT tool: the communicating PDA. Opening of Guyana. 2011 : Launch of our new vehicle of intervention. Environmental actions:

OUR ACTIVITY: ON SITE HYDRAULIC HOSE REPAIRS 24/7 BREAK OF A HYDRAULIC HOSES, WHAT CONSEQUENCES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS? Any company using hydraulic equipment (building, public works, equipment, transport, handling and lifting, Industry, environments and waste treatment, maritime, harbour and agriculture) can be confronted with a hydraulic hoses break on its equipment. It can paralyze a whole construction site and a whole team because the equipment becomes then unusable. The priority is to repair the equipment to as quickly as possible to avoid the fixed immobilization of the teams and restart the construction as soon as possible Having a company that goes on the site to fix it is then the fastest and the most effective solution. • They operate a first diagnose of the hose break • They dismantle, make a new brand hose identical to the initial one and

A MOBILE IT SOLUTION

Since 1999, all vehicles are equipped with a system of GEO LOCALIZATION. HOW DOES IT WORK? Every technician CHRONO Flex is equipped with a Mobile Device. Thanks to this system, when a customer calls for an intervention request, our call center knows in real time, in which precise place is the technician of the sector and if he is available or not. OBJECTIVE: Answer as quickly as possible to the customer request. ADVANTAGES : • Announcement of the intervention delay :

During an intervention request, an on-site arrival delay is communicated to our customers from the recording of their call.

• Immediate transmission of the intervention request :

From our customers call, our call center takes note of all the information necessary for the repair (type of the concerned equipment, place of the breakdown, the address and phone number of the company) This information is directly passed on to our technicians on their mobile computer system.

• Intervention report :

Within 48 hours after the job, our customers receive by fax or by e-mail, a full report of their intervention. Since the beginning of 2011, our customers also receive by e-mail, a visual intervention report (picture before / after intervention: machines / flexible hoses + environment of the site).


PROGRESS OF AN INTERVENTION The production of one of our customers is stopped because of a hydraulic hose break … 24/7 the request is registered in our Call Center. We communicate in real time the intervention delay.

Immediately, our technician receives his new mission on his mobile computer system. When he arrives on site, he realizes a safety diagnosis, localizes the breakdown and take the picture of the machine before starting the job. The hydraulic hose is removed, manufactured, engraved and re-assembled on the machine.

The intervention ends up, our technician enters his delivery report on his mobile computer system and takes a picture of the replaced hose.

Our customer signs the report of intervention. All the information is sent to him in a maximum delay of 48 of working hours.

WHAT IS NEW FOR CHRONO FLEX? 2011: LAUNCH OF A NEW VEHICLE OF INTERVENTION CHRONO Flex, leader in France of the on-site hydraulic hose repairs 24/7 has an integrated network of 180 technicians offering an emergency service with a mobile workshop. In 2011, we launched a new concept of service van: a chassis van with a completely adapted workshop cell installed on the van. This cell is totally independent from the chassis. This allows us to transfer it to another chassis in case of failure. This can be done within an hour and allows us to have our intervention unit available quickly to answer our customer demand. This new service van is also lighter. He weights, 80 kg less than the initial one while providing 1.5m ³ of extra working space. This gain in weight and space allows us to add new equipment and our machines have a more functional use. We have gained productivity. Our engineers work faster and in greater comfort. We have also gained in security and comfort by adding out of an external storage box designed for heavy loads. The external trunk is placed at ground level for a facilitated access. The extra space also allowed us to equip our vehicles with an holding tank for oil collection and a hose used container for recycling. This new service van enables us to differentiate ourselves from the competition and really adapt our workshop and equipment to the need of our customer and also to the working conditions of our technicians. Fourteen new vehicles are now in service. The full fleet of CHRONO Flex, 180 vans, will be renewed within 3 to 4 years.


2012 : « Les Dessous de CHRONO Flex », 10 years already … It is in 2002 when this crazy idea was born: make our own calendar. This year there was published the very first edition of the calendar "Les Dessous de CHRONO Flex ". Every year during 10 years, our co-workers, customers and partners, men and women, were many to take up the challenge and to strip. The last editions of the calendar were however 100 % feminine. So that in 2011, the co-workers CHRONO Flex demanded through a petition "A calendar 100% Male for 2012 ". Their desires were thus fulfillled with a calendar 2012 "100 % Hom ' Made". It is in any simplicity and in the cheerfulness that the men of CHRONO Flex agreed to play the game.
