On 1st March 2017, CEO Clubs brought two immigration law experts to its Monthly Lunch Meeting

“Business Talks with CEOs” at the World Trade Club in Dubai to shed light on some essential

advantages of Canadian Immigration, focusing on the business perspective.

Flew all the way from Canada, Mr. Stephen Green, the Senior Partner and Mr. Eren Sari, the Business Development Manager of Green and Spiegel Immigration Law Office graced the event as our key speakers. The first part of the presentation was Mr. Green who tackled about the reasons to choose Canada, among of which are a stable and democratic society with multi-culturalism history, dual citizenship is permitted, free secondary education and very affordable universities costs. He also shared some important points on Canadian Immigration such us Canada actively seeks to recruit highly skilled investors and entrepreneurs from around the world; The Federal government and provinces work together to create programs to facilitate entry of business professionals; Both temporary permits and permanent resident streams; and Newly elected Liberal government is committed to reduce wait times and streamline application processes. Mr. Green also explained carefully about the Expansion of a Foreign Business, Creation/Acquisition of Canadian Business and Mobilité Francophone Work Permits.

The second part of the presentation was Mr. Sari on Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Worker Program through Express Entry, The Quebec Immigrant Investor Program, Other Provincial Nominee Programs – Entrepreneurs and the International Investment Programs.

One of the CEO Clubs valued members, Mr. Rajiv Shah, CEO of GIC Consultants shared another of his achievements as he announced his first-ever thriller-romance novel called Forever – a love saga. It is a trilogy where the first book was successfully launched at the event. It was very inspiring because being a very busy, successful chartered accountant and businessman, he never set aside his passion in the art of writing. He really made out of his second self as a good writer.
