W HEN BOOKING Please enquire at time of booking as to whether there is an event in our stadium bowl. Additional events may be scheduled between the time of booking and your arrival date. Clients have use of the boxes 2 hours prior and up to 2 hours after final whistle. Access to Stadium View Rooms isn’t permitted in conjunction with RFC rules during matches. O N ARRIVAL When arriving at the Ricoh Arena, please park in Car Park A, situated on the left. Make sure to let the stewards know that you are staying at the hotel. If arriving after a match, please be aware that there is 1h road closure in operation after each match. A T CHECK IN Please be aware that on weekend match days, check in to stadium view rooms will be available from 7pm and check out will be at 9am. is is based on a kick off at 3pm, in the event of a later kick off check in will be delayed further. T HE MILL BRASSERIE To ensure the safety of all guests and team members, we operate a plastic glass only policy in the Mill Brasserie. Due to the volume of people, we are not able to take bookings for lunch or dinner. G OING OUT If you wish to go out after the match, be aware that there is 1h road closure in operation after each match.
