“During her first leadership role as an OCP of an LIM-LTM two years ago,Cindy used the slogan of Leaving Footprints Everywhere, which Ipersonally couldn’t understand at all. After a year full of hard work,commitment to results and lots of fun, the whole team and myself as hersuccessor could understand what she meant with that slogan. Both OGXteams are proposing Cindy for this award mainly because she is a personthat impacts as a leader, as a student and as a friend, and leaves in you afootprint that challenges you to reach even more, which is the impactneeded in our leaders nowadays. Always committed to our results andfocused on our membership, Cindy is a person that deserves all theawards concerning leadership in AIESEC for her marvellous job in our LCas VPOGX during this year, and this application is another way to thankher for the amazing team that I’m receiving and to wish her the best inher next steps in her AIESEC career.”

It’s easy to lose the focus on our resultswith 4 coordinators and so much to do,Cindy always oriented us to achieveresults with quality, always insisting inour goals as LC.

Dealing with the comm channels for 4LR’s and a 25 member team seemedalmost impossible, but it was one of herfocuses as a VP, which made ourinvolvement greater.

•Being the best LC in Colombia wasn’t enough for us as a team, wealways had in mind Iberoamerica and worked for that goal

•NON-NUMERICAL RESULTS
•PRM: Our main stakeholders as OGX in 2009 were the Directors of the careers that fit in our XProcesses. She managed to establish a good relation with each director, reporting whichstudents joined AIESEC and their status in their exchange, in that way the director always hadinterest with AIESEC and could promote OGX in their careers.
•Leadership Development: OGX was recognized as the area with most Top Talent Members inAIESEC Uninorte, and not because every TT Member joined OGX, but because we cared as agroup for our development in AIESEC without forgetting our numerical goals.
•Growth Consciousness: Project India was for Cindy the best opportunity to improve OGX byimplementing new ways of thinking and new ways of team development. She was aware thatshe couldn’t do it by herself, so she managed to give us a new way of doing X’s by thinking big.This leads to a huge goal in the upcoming year.
