The AIESEC Experience is comprised of three main phases, each of them describing the type of interaction an individual has with the organization.

Each of them has customized activities that complements its participants in their personal growth and their contribution to AIESEC.

The core of the AIESEC Experience is the Experiential Leadership Development phase. AIESEC believes in experiential learning because individuals are dynamic learners. Each person develops in different times, ways and dimensions. Therefore, AIESEC provides a powerful platform for young people to explore and maximize their own potential. These programs are offered to those who share our values and believe in the opportunities that we provide.

Each program has its unique value propositions that it offers to anyone who lives and experiences it. All four programs offer the following based on the organization’s strengths.
