The Argentine Wrestling Federation (Federación Argentina de Luchas Asociadas, FALA) is honored to invite all Athletes, Coaches, Referees and Delegates of the National Wrestling Federations of the above listed countries of the American continent to participate in the Buenos Aires 2017 Cadet Pan-American Championship that will be held in the City of Buenos Aires between July 7 and July 9, 2017.Additionally, we invite you to participate in a training camp that will take place between July 10 and July 13, followed by the Buenos Aires 2017 Cadet South-American Champion-ship (open to all countries of the American continent) between July 14 and July 16.We would thus be grateful if we could count with your attendance. CRONOGRAMA

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

The United World Wrestling (UWW) has entrusted the Argentine Wrestling Federation (Feder-ación Argentina de Luchas Asociadas, FALA) with the organization of the 2017 Cadet Pan-Ameri-can and South-American Championships in all styles of Olympic Wrestling: Greco-Roman, Men’s Freestyle and Women’s Freestyle.

1.1. All competitions will be held in accordance with UWW rules and regulations.

1.2. The tournament will be organized by the Argentine Wrestling Federation through its Orga-nizing Committee, based in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.



II. PLACE AND TIME OF COMPETITION

2.1. All competitions will take place in the Gimnasio Polideportivo CENARD (Centro de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo), located at 1050 Miguel Sánchez Street, Buenos Aires.

2.2. The competition hall has a capacity of 700 spectators and is equipped with all the neces-sary facilities for Athletes, Coaches, Delegates, Referees and members of the Press, as well as for the pre-competition warm-up.

2.3. Competitions will take place on July 7 through 9 and July 13 through 15, 2017 respectively, in accordance with the Competition Schedule included above. A joint training camp will take place on July 10, 11 and 12, 2917.

III. PARTICIPATION

3.1. Participation in all styles of Olympic Wrestling at both the Cadet Pan-American and the Cadet South-American Championships is open to all countries from the American continent affiliated to the UWW.

3.2. Each National Federation and/or National Wrestling Association of the American continent shall participate with only one (1) athlete per weight category at each of the three styles (Gre-co-Roman, Men’s Freestyle and Women’s Freestyle). This applies also to the organizing country.

IV. COMPETITION PROGRESS

4.1. All competitions will be held in accordance with UWW rules and regulations and/or what will be determined at the Technical Conference.

4.2. Weight Categories will be those of the Official Competition Weights.

4.3. Matches will be recorded for review in case of protest in accordance with the procedures established by UWW.

V. VISA.

5.1. In those countries whose citizens are required a visa to enter Argentina, the Argentine Embassy or Consulate will assist the National Federations in the process of obtaining the required visas for Athletes, Coaches, Referees, Delegates and accompanying persons.

5.2. A copy of this letter of invitation will be of use for obtaining the visa. We will duly inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Argentina so that it can notify its Embassies and/or Consulates about the event.



VI. ENTRIES

6.1. The Numeric entry forms must be submitted by May 6, 2017 to the 2017 Cadet Pan-Ameri-can Championship Organizing Committee of the Argentine Wrestling Federation.

6.2. The Nominal entry forms with the full names must be submitted by June 6, 2017

6.3. The Final entry forms must be handed in at the tournament registration desk by 12:00 on the day weigh-in for each style, as specified in the competition schedule included above.

6.4. No modifications or additional registrations will be accepted after these final entries under no circumstances.

VII. TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION

7.1. The tournaments in each style and modality will be held in accordance with the current UWW Rules of Wrestling.

7.2. A maximum of two (2) referees per country will be accepted based on the number of mats.

7.3. The competition will take place on two (2) wrestling mats.

7.4. Each wrestler in each style and modality must undergo a medical examination one (1) hour before the weigh-in at a facility set up for that purpose next to the weigh-in room.

7.5. The country classification in each style will be determined on the basis of the placing of its athletes after the individual competition in each weight category. The wrestlers’’ places 1st-10th will receive 10-1 points respectively.

VIII. AWARDING OF PRIZES

8.1. The organizing committee will give individual prizes for each weight category.

IX. OFFICIAL CEREMONIES

9.1. Participating teams must be present at the inauguration ceremonies. Its members are expected to assist in appropriate uniforms.

9.2. During the award ceremony, the national flags of the countries whose wrestlers obtained 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each style and weight category will be hoisted, and the national anthem of the country whose wrestler obtained the 1st place will be played.

X. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

10.1. In order to participate in the competitions, National Federations are required to pay the Organizing Committee USD 110 (one-hundred and ten US dollars) per day per participant for the Pan-American Championship and USD 100 (one-hundred US dollars) per day per participant for the South-American Championship. The total amount must be paid during sign-in. These fees include: accommodation, meals and transportation from and to the Ezeiza International Airport (arrival and departure), the Metropolitan Airport or the City of Buenos Aires’ Bus Station, depending on the case.

10.2. In order to participate in the joint training camp, National Federations are required to pay the Organizing Committee USD 50 (fifty US dollars) per day per participant. The total amount must be paid during sign-in. These fees include: accommodation, meals and transporta-tion from and to the Ezeiza International Airport (arrival and departure), the Metropolitan Airport or the City of Buenos Aires’ Bus Station, depending on the case.

XI. ACCOMODATION, MEALS AND TRANSPORTATION

11.1. Athletes, coaches, referees, delegation leaders and doctors will be accommodated in the hotels chosen for that purpose.

11.2. Delegation leaders will be responsible for any damage incurred by members of their dele-gation during their stay in both the places of accommodation and the competition venue

La Federación Argentina de Luchas Asociadas (F.A.L.A.) tiene el honor de invitar a los Deportistas, Entrenadores, Árbitros y Directivos de las Federaciones de Lucha Olímpica de los países del continente americano antes indicados, a participar en el Campeonato Panamericano Cadetes Buenos Aires 2017, que se realizará en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires entre los días 7 al 9 de julio del 2017.

CRONOGRAMA

I.- INFORMACIÓN GENERAL

La U.W.W. ha confiado a la Federación Argentina de Luchas Asociadas (F.A.L.A.), la Organi-zación de los Campeonatos Panamericano y Sudamericano 2017 de la Categoría Cadetes de Lucha Olímpica en los estilos de Lucha Libre y Greco Romano Masculino como así también en la modalidad de Lucha Libre Femenina.

1.1. Las competencias se realizarán de acuerdo con las reglas de la U.W.W.

1.2. Este torneo será organizado por la Federación Argentina de Luchas Asociadas, a través de su Comité Organizador, con sede en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, República Argentina.



II. LUGAR Y FECHA DE COMPETENCIA

2.1. Las competencias se realizarán en el Gimnasio Polideportivo CENARD (Centro de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo) sito en la calle Miguel Sánchez 1050 de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

2.2. La sala de competencia tiene capacidad para 700 espectadores y dispone de las instala-ciones necesarias para los Atletas, Entrenadores, Delegados, Jueces Árbitros y periodistas, así como la realización de los calentamientos previos a los combates.

2.3. Las Competencias se Realizarán los días 7, 8, 9 y 13, 14 y 15 de julio de 2017, de acuerdo con el programa indicado, los días 10, 11, 12 se realizará el campo de entrenamiento conjunto.

III. PARTICIPACIÓN.

3.1. La participación en el Campeonato Panamericano y Campeonato Sudamericano de la Categoría Cadetes, en los estilos antes indicados, está abierta para todos los Países afiliados a la U.W.W. en el continente americano.

3.2. Cada Federación Nacional del continente Americano y/o Asociación Nacional de Lucha podrán participar con solamente 01 (un) atleta por categoría de peso y estilo (Libre Masculino – Libre Femenino y Greco- Romano masculino), incluyendo la sede).

IV. DESARROLLO DE LA COMPETENCIA

4.1. Las competencias serán organizadas según el reglamento de la U.W.W. y/o lo que se deter-mine en el congresillo Técnico.

4.2. Los pesos de Competencia Oficiales.

4.3. Los combates se grabaran para casos de protesta y será establecida bajo los términos determinados por la U,W.W.

V. VISA.

5.1. Los países que requieren visa de entrada a Argentina la embajada o consulado argentino en cada País colaborará con la Federación Nacional de Lucha en la Obtención de las Visas de los atletas, entrenadores, Árbitros, Dirigentes y acompañantes.

5.2. La copia de la invitación para participar en esta competencia ayudará en el procedimiento de la obtención del Visado y por nuestra parte se le Comunicará al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Argentina, para que le comunique de la actividad que se realizará, a sus Embajadas y /o Consulados.



VI. INSCRIPCIÓN.

6.1. La planilla de inscripción Numérica debe enviarse como fecha límite el 6 de mayo de 2017 al Comité Organizador del Campeonato Panamericano y Campeonato Sudamericano de la Cate-goría Cadetes de la Federación Argentina de Luchas Asociadas.

6.2. La planilla de inscripción nominal con nombres y apellidos, deberá enviarse antes del 6 de junio de 2017

6.3. La planilla de inscripción final deberá entregarse en la secretaria del torneo a las 12:00 m., del día del pesaje respectivo de cada estilo o modalidad señalado en el programa anexo.

6.4. Después de ese momento no se aceptarán modificaciones e inscripciones adicionales en ningún caso.

VII. ORGANIZACIÓN TÉCNICA.

7.1. Los campeonatos en cada Estilo y Modalidad, se realizará de acuerdo con las reglas vigen-tes de la U.W.W.

7.2. Se aceptarán un máximo de 02 Jueces- Árbitros de acuerdo al número de tapiz de lucha por país.

7.3. En la competencia se utilizarán 02 tapices de lucha.

7.4. Cada luchador en cada Estilo y Modalidad, se someterá a un Examen médico una (01) hora antes del pesaje, en el local habilitado para tal efecto contiguo a la sala del pesaje oficial.

7.5. La clasificación por Países se determinará en base a la clasificación individual de los luchadores en cada peso de cada uno de los Estilos y Modalidad Femenina; del 1º al 10º lugar recibirán sucesivamente de 10 a 01 puntos.

VIII. PREMIACION

8.1. El comité organizador, otorgará las distinciones en cada categoría de peso.

IX. CEREMONIAS OFICIALES

9.1. La participación de los equipos en las ceremonias de inauguración es obligatoria y deberán asistir debidamente uniformados.

9.2. Durante la ceremonia de premiación se izarán las banderas de los Países participantes para él 1º , 2º y los dos 3º puestos clasificados y se ejecutará el himno nacional del país del luchador que obtuvo el primer lugar en cada una de las categorías de peso en cada estilo.

X. CONDICIONES FINANCIERAS.

10.1. Para participar en las competencias, cada Federación Nacional deberá cancelar la suma de u$s 110.00 (ciento diez dólares norteamericanos en el Panamericano) y de u$s 100.00 (cien dólares norteamericanos en el Sudamericano) diarios por participante, que se abonará al momento de la acreditación. Ello incluye: Hospedaje, Alimentación y traslados al Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza (arribo y partida), Aeroparque Metropolitano o Terminal terrestre de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, de ser el caso.

10.2. Para participar en el campo de entrenamiento, cada Federación Nacional deberá cancelar la suma de u$s 50.00 (cincuenta dólares norteamericanos) diarios por participante, que se abonará al momento de la acreditación. XI. ALOJAMIENTO, ALIMENTACIÓN Y TRANSPORTE.

11.1. Los luchadores, entrenadores, árbitros, jefe de delegación y médicos estarán alojados en los Hoteles previstos.

11.2. Los jefes de delegación se responsabilizarán del daño o averías causadas por los miembros de su delegación en los lugares de alojamiento y competencias.
