QUOTATION NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited from well established presses from

Thiruvananthapuram City limits for (he neat execution of the work of translation and

typing in Malayalarn, printing of Finance Accounts, Appropriation Accounts and Accounts at

a Glance and burning of COs with pouches with printed labels 2017-2018 (both in Engilsh

and Malayalam versions as per Annexure attached). (Sample copy of English verion is

available with AAD/Stationery Section, Office of the AG(A&E), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram).

Name of work: Translation and typing in Malayalam and printing of Finance Accounts,

Appropriation Acco nts an Accounts at a Glance and burning of CDs/DVDs with pouches

with printed la els 2017-2018 ( oth Engilsh and Malayalam versions).

Terms and conditi ns:

1. Time Limit 01 Work:

The worl of translation in Malayalam and typing has to be completed before io''September 2018. Print rea y version of soft copy in Malayalam should be provided

by is" September 2018. The printed copies of the books (both Malayalam and

English), burned CDs/DV s, and pouches with printed labels complete in all

respect should be handed ver to this office within five days from the date of issue

of work order.

2. The burning of CDs/DVDs both the Malayalam and English versions to be done in

one single good quality CD/DVD, separately for each item of work.

3. As this is a priundertaking onCommissioner /regarding the eo

ileged document, the contents should be kept secret and anappropriate value of stamp paper duly attested by Oathtary P blic will have to be executed by the successful bidderfidentiality of the material.

4. Any mistake or cl anges in printed document, after the approval of proof bycompetent authorities of this office, shall be rectified by the printers at their ownrisk and cost.

5. The fir shall be responsible for the neat execution of the work without

any changes i the for at.

6. Before the final printing, the draft version alongwith the total number of printable

pages sh uld be intimated and approved by the concerned authorities of this

office.

7. Quality f the paper and printing shall not be compromised under any

circumsta ces.

8. The rates quoted should be all inclusive(tax, transporation charges etc.} for

delivery at office premises.

9. Rates for a itional pages, if any, shall also be quoted.

10. After the iss e of work order, no additional charges will be payable on

any account.

11. No advance payment will be paid on any account.

12. Payments shall be made by this office on obtaining original bills alongwith

a certificate from t e concerned section stating the receipt of document as per

the quality, quantity and standards set forth.

13. The copies of the printed reports(both Malayalam and English}, COsand

pouches shall be delivered at 1st floor of the loans Building of this office

at no extra cost.

Payment will be made only after delivering the required number of copies as per the

exact specification made by this office. Deficiencies in quality or timeliness will be viewed

very seriously and penalty will be imposed by this office on the agency.

The rates for translati n in Malayalam and typing, printing, burning of COs and

Pouches may be quoted s parately.

The sealed covers addressed to the Senior Accounts Officer(General}, Office of the

Accountant General (A&E), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram -695001 should reach this office on

or before 3.00 PM on zs" July 2018 which will be opened on the next working day at

10.00AM at the chamber of the Deputy Accountant General (Admn). If the cover containing

quotations is intended to be handed over direct, the same may be dropped in the box kept

for this purpose in the General S ction of this office. The cover containing quotations shall be

marked "Quotation for translation and typing in Malayalam and printing of Finance

Accounts, Appropriation Accounts and Accounts at a Glance and burning of CDs and pouches

with printed labels 2017-18" (both Engilsh and Malayalam versions).

The Sr.Deputy Accountant General {Admn} reserves the full powers to reject any or

all the quotations received without assigning any reason and his decision in this regard willbe final.
