T
INTRODUCTION
ime, Quality and Cost always considered the major aims to finalize projects by right way, especially if we are talking
about kind of projects with higher specifications, executing by high ranged prestigious group and a very unique client,
all of expert team works and projects managers exactly know that they must install the right plan to insure they will get
the right project life cycle & project termination.
But Saudi Bin Ladin Group has a totally different standpoint which says; you have to do more than your best, more than
plan, and more than client expectation that is always make you the leader, because you are not a big contractor
company; you are an inspiring manager.
This is the vision which we have to look for our projects more than respect, to be qualified to put ourselves in that
stature.

Comparison between Ideal & Proposed Case Result :
After studies and previous comparisons it is clear
that the strategy put forward will have a positive
impact in reducing the manpower and equipment
required to serve them; as it will reduce the size
of the security and safety requirements necessary
to reduce potential risks.
