1. Sapphire+ places reservation for Bundle
quantities
2. Reservation is placed in Rotator Queue
for assignment
3. Rotator sweeps Co-op advertising pool for
eligible C-CAP Customers
4. Rotator selects first Distributor Reservation
and fulfills the order (all or none)

5. The Distributors is charged for the Bundle
6. Rotator continues through requests and fulfills
them in the order received
7. Rotator is suspended when Bundle Supply runs
out or Distributor Demand is satisfied
8. Rotator resumes the queue when new Supply or
