Objectives of local AUV competition

• Promote OES & local AUV technology• Reach out, promote awareness in underwater

robotics – Universities, Polytechnics and Research Institutes

• Singapore’s visibility in international competitions– Local competitions as part of international ones

• Break new ground in UW Robotics– Increase challenge levels over years
