信安2013年第一浪宣傳攻勢Principal’s First Wave of Branding Promotion Campaign in 2013

信安繼續透過各種平台以「信安強積金•專業專心」為主

題,積極推廣我們專業專心的強積金服務提供者形象。

信安於電視、港鐵及電車進行宣傳,包括在農曆新年期

間於Now TV播放為時10秒的祝賀廣告,及於4月至5月推出一系列令人注目的地鐵宣傳。後者包括由4月開始一連4個星期於港島線、觀塘線及荃灣線推出的車廂廣告、於4月中推出車箱電子屏幕廣告及於5月在銅鑼灣港鐵站C3及C4出口推出的大型牆貼廣告。此外,我們亦於5月下旬至7月下旬,推出電車車身廣告。

Principal has launched a wave of promotional campaign through various channels with the key slogan to reinforce our brand as a professional MPF services provider. Principal cooperated with TV, MTR and tramcar to put up our advertisements which included a 10-second congratulatory TV commercial at Now TV during Chinese New Year and a series of eye-catching advertisements in MTR stations in April and May. The latter included compartment sticker advertisements on HK Island, Kwun Tong and Tsuen Wan Lines of MTR for 4 consecutive weeks starting from April, information panel advertisement inside the MTR compartments in mid April and large-scale poster-on-wall advertisements at exits C3 and C4 of Causeway Bay station in May. Moreover, there were also body wrap advertisements on tramcars from late May to late July.

任。在2012年12月,信安跟香港家庭福利會合作舉辦義工探訪活動。信安員工積極參與活動,到將軍澳區內

的公共屋邨探訪獨居長者。除了跟長者閒談以了解他們

的生活,義工隊亦向他們贈送禮物,包括乾糧、煮食麵

及其他日常用品。透過是次有意義的活動,信安將對社

會的關懷帶到社區裡的長者及弱勢社群。

Apart from providing excellent MPF services to our clients, Principal is committed to discharging its social responsibility. In December 2012, Principal co-organized with the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society on home visits to elderly living alone in public housing estates in Tseung Kwan O district. Our volunteers not only talked to the elderly to know more about their daily life, but also handed out gifts of food, packaged noodles as well as some daily necessities to them. Through this meaningful experience, Principal showed our social care to the elderly and the underprivileged in our society.

2013年1月及至2月分別為成員舉辦虹吸式藍山咖啡品味班及紅酒入門工作坊,讓參加者能夠輕鬆享受優質咖啡及紅酒並學習相關的

基礎品嚐技巧。除了興趣班外,我們亦在3月舉辦了「幼稚園及小學選校淺談」講座,並邀請了教育顧問向參加者提供為子女升學選校的

秘訣,讓他們做好準備。

Principal has been committed to bringing our prestigious members unparalleled and exclusive privileges and benefits. In this regard, we organized Siphon Brewing Blue Mountain Coffee Tasting Class and Red Wine Workshop for our members in January and February 2013. These classes allowed the participants to relax by enjoying high quality coffee and red wine and learning the basic skills of coffee tasting and wine appreciation. Apart from the interest classes, we also held the education seminar“How to Select a Kindergarten/ Primary School” and invited an education consultant to provide tips to participants to prepare for the selection of schools for their children in March.

疑問一:每公曆年一次=每隔12個月一次?

不是。

僱員自選安排下,打工仔可將現職供款帳戶內僱員部分的強制性供款和投資回報,每公曆年一次,轉移至自選的強積金

計劃。「公曆年」是指每年的1月1日至12月31日;假設你在2013年9月轉移了權益,你最快可在2014年1月行使新一年的轉移權。

疑問二:僱員轉移權益後,僱主日後將新供款存入哪個帳戶?

僱主仍須將隨後的新供款(包括僱主及僱員部分)存入僱主沿用的受託人及計劃的供款帳戶,而並非僱員自選的新計劃。

疑問三:投資空檔期是否長達6至8個星期?

不是;投資空檔期一般長約1至2個星期。轉移權益涉及原受託人將資產轉至新受託人,程序包括新舊受託人核實計劃成員的資料、買賣基金等多個步驟,一般需

時6至8個星期。由原受託人贖回基金至新受託人購入基金前,一般會出現一段約1至2個星期的投資空檔,計劃成員的累算權益沒有投資在任何基金,期間基金價格可能因市場波動而出現變化,有機會令計劃成員「低賣高買」,所以計劃成

員要特別留心。

Q1. Does “once per calendar year” mean “once every 12 months”?

No. Under the Employee Choice Arrangement (ECA), employees may transfer their mandatory contributions and investment returns in their MPF contribution account under current employment to another MPF account of their own choice once per calendar year. “Calendar year” means the period from 1 January to 31 December in any given year. If you make a transfer under ECA in September 2013, you can apply for another transfer in January 2014 at the earliest.

Q2. If an employee has made a transfer, to which account should his employer make subsequent MPF contributions?

The employer should continue to make MPF contributions for both employer and employee portions to the trustee and scheme chosen by the employer, not to the new trustee and scheme chosen by the employee.

Q3. Does the out-of-market period last 6 to 8 weeks?

No. Your benefits will be out of market for generally around 1 to 2 weeks. Transferring benefits from the original trustee to the new one involves a number of steps, which include verification of the scheme member’s personal data by both trustees, and redeeming and purchasing fund units. The whole process takes about 6 to 8 weeks. After the original trustee has redeemed the funds and before the new trustee subscribes to new ones, there will generally be around 1 to 2 weeks during which the accrued benefits will not be invested in any fund. During that period, fund prices may fluctuate, and there is a chance of the scheme member “selling low and buying high”. Scheme members making transfers under ECA should be aware of this risk.
