Antibodies

Binding Site sheep polyclonal antibodies are raised using a patented, innovative technique, resulting in highly specific antibodies to human serum proteins, immunoglobulins or species specific secondary antibodies.

Three grades of antibody are available:

• whole serum• IgG fraction• affinity-purified

At the customer’s request any of our antibodies may also be conjugated to a range of labels such as HRP, biotin, fluorescein etc.

AROTEC Native Autoantigens

Do you need a wide range of native autoantigens? We did!

We were so pleased with Arotec Diagnostics products we used them ourselves and are now proud to be an exclusive distributor!

A wide range of native autoantigens is available to autoimmune assay manufacturers. Use of native source materials wherever possible ensures correct post-translational processing, tertiary and quaternary structure (essential for detection of conformation-dependent autoantibodies).
