3. Description: 1. Parcel No. 41 of Block No. 6346, the area of which is 3295 square metres. The soil is heavy "Hamra" and was planted about 7 years ago with grape­fruit, but during the years 1938/39 the trunks were cut out and grafted anew with Valencia. There are a total of about 180 young trees. On the area a packing house made of wood was erected, area about 80 square metres, with a roof partly covered with tiles and partly of tin. The land adjoins the Jaffa-Haifa Road and is situated in the vicinity of the Yarkon El Auja River and the new bridge. 2. A grove, 11-12 years old, in Block No. 6346; parcel No. 3 of an area of 23577 square metres situated at a small distance from the main road. The trees are planted partly 3j x 4-| metres and partly 4.x 3.25 metres. An area of about 5 dunums is planted with grapefruit and the remainder with "Shammuti" trees among which there are a few grapefruit. The water is being pumped from the Yarkon river by a pump with a "Peter" motor of .8 H.P. and is conveyed through a 4" pipe which runs through the length of the whole orange grove. On the engine there is a hut in bad condition.

4. Other incumbrances: Parcel No. 3 of Block No. 6346 is mortgaged by a second mortgage for £P.400.— to Abraham Leib Potlansky.
