OGX

Marie Heibert, a previously potential EP has finally been

officially raised as an EP in our system and is now actively

searching for a project through our Global Internship

Program (GIP) . Potential EP Wasay is also moving

through the OGX process at a steady pace and OGX is

gearing up for the next Review Board. OGX is currently

working on a fun activity for the next GA, look forward to it!

COMM

The FINAL KED Talk: Social Media & Technology

happened on October 10th with an attendance of 33

people! Great job at OCP KED Joseph for staying on top

of the team!

Currently, COMM is working on a new campaign called

Global Citizens to create excitement about travel and help

raise those EPs! If you or anyone you know qualifies as a

Global Citizen please contact

CAR

Ryan Pirzek is the newly appointed Director of Corporate

Relations Development in CAR. Ryan is responsible for

various programs aimed at retaining members and

member development in CR. We are currently working on

various partnership programs to gain TN's (from the

mining and other industries) and sponsors for our rewards

program. If you would like to help CR make some cold

calls and learn how to speak with business people please

Finance

It’s that time of the year! BUDGETS! Finance is

working on accumulating the year end budgets. They

are also looking into Grant Sponsorship and

preparing the year end financials and getting ready for

our audit!

TM

Vernice planned her FIRST GA and it was a huge

success! She will be working on a social event for

everyone late November. Let’s hope she can outdo

herself!The punishment wheel will definitely add to our LC

culture and punishments will only be easier to administer!

Congratulation to George who has been appointed to

Director Of Member Development. VAlso, TM is working

on a special event for ALL members with November 24 as

a tentative date. Keep an eye out for the next GA date

TBA: OGX has a surprise for us!

Conference Mania!

WRC 2012

AIESEC SFU hosted Western Regional Conference 2012.

It was legendary for KPU. We had our largest delegation

to date, we finally got our cheer down, we won best OP,

everyone loved our delegation, and we were RUNNER UP

for the Spirit Keg!

NC 2012

For those of you who missed the WRC fun, FEAR NOT!

NC is just around the bend from December 30th to January

3rd. This conference will welcome all of AIESEC Canada to

Edmonton! It’s going to be good, so don’t miss it!

Coastal 2013

Coastal 2013 will also be hosted by AIESEC SFU. Yay no

flight fees! This is an opportunity for the recruits we will

obtain in January to get a taste of AIESEC and for us

AIESEC old folk to simply enjoy each other. This one’s in

February! ‘Like’ the Coastal Facebook page to keep up!
