MARINA The Marina has berths for 330 prestige boats including superyachts, power and sail, multihulls and monohulls. The permanent marina arms are linked by connecting walkways specially installed for the show.

PAVILION We have 4,650m2 of pavilion space in two prime locations available for savvy exhibitors. Pavilion A catches visitor attention as they enter the main event precinct, while the Superyacht and Marine Pavilion (Pavilion B) is right amongst the action, at the centre of The Marine Village and close to The Marina.

OPEN AREA The waterfront Marine Village and its streets come alive with creative display areas for open-air exhibits, ranging from trailerable boats and outboards to jet skis, kayaks and inflatables.

THE MARINA

PRESTIGE BROKERAGE DISPLAYAccredited brokers can apply to display high quality late model boats longer than 12m. Only vessels approved by the Boat Show Office may be displayed in the brokerage section. The display rates are the same as for new boats.

SEA TRIAL DISPLAY AREAThis area offers you the opportunity to demonstrate your boat, product or service to potential customers. A section of the marina display will be allocated to these boats, allowing you to provide practical demonstrations and on-water trials for your invited clients. Each boat must comply with Maritime Safety Queensland requirements. To enquire further please contact the Boat Show Office. See Terms and Conditions for exhibiting in this area.

CORPORATE PONTOONS AND STRUCTURES• You can rent corporate pontoon decks

depending on your display layout and location. Please see Display Licence Application – Extras

• Loads on corporate pontoons may not exceed 200kg per sqm. However, loadings up to 300kg per sqm may be approved only if certified engineering plans are submitted, and the additional flotation can be installed

• Any upgrades to pontoon installations will be billed by Orca Marine Services

• Direct to the exhibitor

MARINA SHORE POWER• One 15amp connection is included for each

boat or on-water display

• If your display requires more than this supply or additional 3-phase connections, you will need to submit to the Boat Show office a power plan listing your requirements and indicating the location of these outlets no later than Friday 10 April 2015

• Eventelec, the electrical contractor for The Marina, will provide a price quotation for your custom installations and bill you direct

• There are a limited number of 3-phase outlets supplying large marina berths. Any exhibitor connecting to a 3-phase outlet will be billed for 3-phase usage even if single phase only is being drawn from that outlet

PAGODAS, GABLED STRUCTURES AND COMPACT STRUCTURES• Pagodas are small free-standing marquees available in 3m

x 3m, 4m x 4m, 5m x 5m and 6m x 6m sizes. There are also smaller compact structures measuring 2.5m x 3m

• Inclusions: floor, carpet, 1 x 10 amp power outlet

• Exclusions: shell scheme panels and lighting

• Gabled structures of various dimensions are also available

• There are limitations as to where pagodas and compact structures can be located in open areas

• Only structures and pagodas booked or approved through the Boat Show Office can be erected on Open Area display stands. Your own corporate-branded structure may be approved provided the Boat Show Office is satisfied that it complies with Australian safety standards

EXHIBITOR CAR PARKING

There are three on-site car parking areas for exhibitors. You can request car park passes on your Application. Please note that car park spaces are allocated for vehicles which can fit within a standard car park space. To access parking for larger vehicles and trailers, please contact the Boat Show Office.

PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES• Please read carefully the Terms and

Conditions and Display Regulations available at www.sanctuarycoveboatshow.com.au

• A minimum 30% deposit is payable on receipt of your initial tax invoice. We will confirm your stand allocation only when we have received the correct deposit or payment in full. You can pay by cheque, credit card or electronic funds transfer

• The deadline for final payment of exhibition fees is Monday 30 March 2015

• After the deadline, exhibitors will be charged the late payment fee of $250.00 and the Agreement may be cancelled (See Terms & Conditions 3.3)

• We will not issue passes (ie. exhibitor, car park, guest) until all fees owing have been paid in full

• Variations to orders for passes and other exhibitor requirements made after the Monday 30 March 2015 deadline must be paid for in full by credit card at the time of booking

• Exhibitor listing, editorial and any booked advertising will be withdrawn from all Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show publications (e.g. Yearbook) if outstanding monies are unpaid by Monday 30 March 2015

• All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and payments must be in Australian dollars

• 10% GST is included in all fees quoted

PAYMENT SCHEDULE• 30% initial deposit payable on receipt of tax

invoice. Stand allocations are confirmed only after the first payment is received

• 70% final payment payable by Monday 30 March 2015

MARINE INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION DISPLAY RATE DISCOUNT A 10% industry discount on display fees may apply if you are a current financial member of:

• The Boating Industry Association (BIA) in your state or country; OR

• Australian International Marine Export Group (AIMEX); OR

• Superyacht Australia (SYA)

• Members of the above associations are the only organisations entitled to an industry discount

PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS

• Once you receive written confirmation of your stand allocation, you are responsible for the full payment of the Display Fee by the due date, which is Monday 30 March 2015

• If you request additional space, all fees must be paid in full before the allocated space will be confirmed

• If you wish to withdraw from your contract or reduce your stand area before Monday 30 March 2015, a refund, less the non-refundable Application Fee of $185.00, will be paid only if the Display Space is re-let to a suitable exhibitor by that date. If we have not found a suitable exhibitor by that date, fees will not be refunded

• We will not accept cancellations after the payment deadline of Monday 30 March 2015, nor will any fees previously paid be refunded. At that date the full amount of the Display Fees, as detailed on your most recent invoice, is payable regardless of whether you wish to reduce your stand size or withdraw altogether (See Terms & Conditions Clause 9)

VARYING OR CANCELLING DISPLAY SPACE

INSURANCE Pavilion & Open Area Exhibitors - Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show will provide each Pavilion and Open Area exhibitor with public liability insurance to the value of AUD$10 million. This cover is at no additional cost to you as a registered exhibitor. Please note that this public liability insurance cover does not include exhibitor property. You install, display and remove your products at your own risk and are responsible for the insurance of your own property.

Marina Exhibitors – The insurers will not extend public liability cover to exhibitors displaying boats in The Marina. Therefore marina exhibitors must provide written confirmation that they hold minimum AUD$10 million public liability insurance covering their participation at the 2015 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (See Terms & Conditions Clause 4).

SECURITY• You are displaying goods at your own risk

(See Terms and Conditions Clause 4)

• Sanctuary Cove’s 24-hour security service operates as normal around The Marine Village and on the marina

• From the start of installation on Monday 18 May 2015 until the final removal time of 3pm on Monday 25 May 2015, a contracted security company provides general security services across the entire exhibition site

• Pavilion exhibitors will have access to their stand before the 9am opening time (from 7:30am) after presenting their Exhibitor Accreditation Pass to security staff

• On The Marina, only exhibitors, invited clients attending functions and contractors will have after-hours access

EXHIBITOR GUEST PARKING • A 1-day Guest Pass entitles the bearer to free

parking and return bus transfer from the free park and ride public car park (location TBC) Exhibitors can purchase 1-day Guest Passes for $15.00AUD each including GST from the ‘Extras’ section of your Display Licence Application

The integrated campaign incorporates print, digital, radio, television, social media and direct mail, further bolstered by corporate sponsorship and extensive PR.
