DOI have been water-skiing with my family since I was 8 years old and forms my occupational identity as I enjoy doing it and love going to the lake and ocean.

DOBeing with my flat mates and doing activities with them such as paintball makes up my occupational identity as I live with them and we do lots of fun activities together.

DO I enjoy watching movies and t.v. shows as I feel relaxed and intrigued when I watch movies.

DOTravelling has formed by occupational identity as I have experienced many different cultures and have seen some wonderful and some thought provoking things.

Being a sister has formed my occupational identity as we support each other and have fun together.

BEBeing the owner of my cat Rico I have to take responsibility for feeding and brushing him.

BECOMEStudying to become and Occupational Therapist is part of my occupational identity as it is giving me skills to be able to become a professional and get a job that I will love.

BELONGI belong to my family and this forms my occupational identity as we love to do different occupations together such as travelling, boating, going out for meals, and swimming.

I have been a part of St John Youth since I was seven years old and it has given me many different experiences that has formed who I am today.

BELONGI played hockey through my school years and being a part of a team competitively has formed my occupational identity.
