DevCon is the first legislative national conference held annually for the incoming term.

Executive Board members from all Local Committees of AIESEC in the Philippines, specifically

full-time members of AIESEC-Ateneo de Davao University, AIESEC-Ateneo de Manila

University, AIESEC-De La Salle Lipa, AIESEC-De La Salle University, AIESEC-Miriam College,

AIESEC-University of Asia and the Pacific, and AIESEC-University of the Philippines Diliman,

and applying Local Committees of Adamson University, San Beda University, and University ofSanto Tomas, will be gathering to plan for year-round national initiatives, to fix the national

compendium, and align the Local Committees in achieving a unified goal.

OC Positions Open for Application

1)OC VP for Venue Management and Logisticsa) In-charge of securing the venue for the eventb)Securing miscellaneous necessities that needs to be addressedc) Food, Security and Room Assignments will be looked upond)Prepare and Organize a post-tour package for the delegates (in aid of

VP Delegation Mgmt.)

e) Other related tasks may be assigned2)OC VP for Delegation Management and Servicing

a) Acts as the bridge between the delegates and the OC team indisseminating necessary information

b)Follows-up Registration, Payment Schemes, and Flight Schedulingc) Airport pick-ups and other concerns of the delegatesd)Other related tasks may be assigned

3)OC VP for Publicity and Promotionsa)

In-charge of disseminating Publication materials about DevCon

b)Creating and maintaining all mediums of communication i.e. Facebookfan page, registration website, and etc between the OC, the delegates,

and partners.

c) Design the DevCon 11 shirt. In-charge of printing and all concernsregarding DevCon shirt.

d) In-charge of OC Photoshoot and other essential pubmats (for thesocials).

4)OC VP for Archive Managementa) In-charge of documentation i.e. taking videos and pictures.b) In-charge of event report and compilation during and after DEVCON

c) Serve as the minute-man of the whole conferenced)Facilitates the creation of the Souvenir Program (in aid with VP

Publicity and Communications

5)OC VP Finance and Treasurya) Create the budget for the whole event. You will hold the money for the whole

event.

b)Record every transactions, keep all the receipts and make thefinancialstatement of the whole event.

c) Open a Bank account and handle the online registration of the delegates6)OC VP for Business Operations

a) Formerly known as the Vice-President for Marketing and Salesb) In-charge of creating and managing financial resources for the eventc) Sells the event sponsorships, partnerships, and solicitations

7)OC Staffs (4)

a) The vanguard volunteers for DevCon OC operations.b)Providing assistance for overall operations of DevCon OC VPs.c) The four staffs should have (at least 2) the following backgrounds:

i) Marketing and Salesii) Project Managementiii) Virtual Graphics Design and Editingiv) Communication, Documentation, and Public Relations

2. OC Applicants form will be deliberated and screened by the incumbentExecutive Board of AIESEC-AdDU and of the former OC team for

DevCon 2010: Dalan sa Kaugmaon.

3. Applicants who passed the first screening (deliberation) will beinterviewed by a selected panel on Wednesday February 9, 2011 on

either of the ff. schedules:

a. For the first batch: 3:40-6:00 pmb. For the Second batch: 7:00-9:30 pm

4. Venue for the interview will be announced on further notice.
