The following minutes of the meeting of the committ ee of theAssociation have been received and ar e printed here to show the presentsituation. The editor of Nyame A k m a has made several attempts to jointhe Association and also tried to go t o the meeting at Bamako in 1979he was frustrated in both attempts by receiving no information from theSecretary. He also notes that the only member of the committee to be onthe mailing list of Nyame Akuma is M. Descamps. Mr.Qbayemi the secretary, used to receive the newsletter but when it was made availabl e free onrequest never asked for it. This is sad state of affa irs and NyameAkuma is at the disposal of the committee should they wish to make useof it.
