remain relevant, we have taken various steps , namely, creating a weightage for values in our Performance Management Sys tems;
C onduct training programmes on values and including se ss ions on values in our key programmes; Rewarding value based behaviour and
creation of V alue Ac tualisation Tas k force. A V ision & V alues Revis it Workshop by our top management is a major component of our
core value actualisation.
