NOYCE UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP The Noyce Scholarship is available to UP rising Juniors and Seniors. Scholarships are granted each year to undergraduate students with a STEM major who are interested in pursuing a MAT at UP in preparation for a career as a K-12 STEM teacher. NOYCE AND UP’S MAT PROGRAM The University of Portland’s innovative ten-month MAT program prepares individuals for careers as licensed early childhood, elementary, middle and high school teachers.
