What is Google Cloud Print?

Google Cloud Print is a free service that lets you print on the go from your smartphone, tablet or computer using the mobile versions of Google Docs & Gmail, Chrome OS, and many other Google Cloud Print enabled apps.

KODAK Email Print is a free service that assigns a unique Email address to your printer, so you can easily send documents to your printer from anywhere, using any Email capable, Internet connected device. With KODAK Email Print, you print by sending an Email to your KODAK AiO’s unique Email address. When your KODAK AiO receives the Email, it will print the body of the Email, and any documents that have been attached to the Email.

NOTE: If your KODAK AiO has a photo paper tray, .jpg fi les attached to your Email will be automatically routed to your photo paper tray. Documents will be routed to your main paper tray.

What is KODAK Email Print?

When you register for KODAK Email Print, anyone can send Emails to your printer. However, you can limit who can print to your printer by creating a white list of authorized senders. To create a white list, log on to kodakeprint.com and click on White List.

Which KODAK Printers are “Cloud Ready,” and compatible with Google Cloud Print and KODAK Email Print?

What are the requirements to use Google Cloud Print or KODAK Email Print with Cloud Ready Printers?

To print using Google Cloud Print, you will need: A KODAK AiO Printer, powered on or in sleep mode, registered and connected to Google Cloud Print via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (not USB cable). And an Internet connected device that has a Google Cloud Print enabled app.

To print using KODAK Email Print, you will need: A KODAK AiO Printer, powered on or in sleep mode, registered and connected to Google Cloud Print and KODAK Email Print via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (not USB cable), and an Internet connected device with an Email program.

The Cloud Software Connector enables cloud printing for legacy KODAK AiO Printers. If you own a legacy KODAK Printer, you can install the Cloud Software Connector on a PC or MAC that is connected to your legacy printer and has the KODAK Printer Driver installed.

Once the Cloud Software Connector has been installed, it is easy to register your legacy printer for Google Cloud Print and KODAK Email Print.

NOTE: With the Cloud Software Connector, your PC or MAC must be powered on in order to send print jobs to your legacy KODAK AiO Printer.

What is the fi le size limit for Email attachments sent using KODAK Email Print?

You may send any number of attachments to be printed; however the maximum fi le size of any one attachment is 7 MB, and the total size of your Email with attachments should not exceed 50 MB. If your Email exceeds these limits, it will not print.

Where do I fi nd my printer’s Email address?

Once you have registered your KODAK AiO Printer with the KODAK Email Print Service, you can fi nd your AiO printer’s Email address in one of two ways:

• On the front panel of your printer, press the right arrow until you see the “Cloud Printing” icon. Press the icon. Press “View Confi guration.” You will now see your printer’sEmail address.

• Log onto kodakeprint.com with your Google account. After logging on, you will see your printer’s Email address and have the opportunity to import it automatically into your device by scanning a Microsoft Tag.

How do I suspend Cloud Print Services?

You may temporarily suspend cloud print services on your printer’s front panel. Press the right arrow until you see “Cloud Printing.” Press the “Cloud Printing” icon, and then select “Suspend Cloud Printing.” When you suspend Cloud Printing, your printer will no longer be able to receive Cloud Printing jobs. To resume Cloud Printing, press “Resume Cloud Printing” under the “Cloud Printing” menu.

Does Kodak or Google save my documents on a server?

When you send a document to your KODAK AiO Printer using Google Cloud Print or KODAK Email Print, the document will remain in a print queue until it has fi nished printing. Once the print job is complete, the document will be deleted from the server.

How do I check print status and manage settings for Google Cloud Print?

You can view the status of your Google Cloud Print jobs at google.com/cloudprint, under the Print Jobs tab. You can also share your printers with other Google users, under the Printers tab.

How do I check the status and manage settings for KODAK Email Print?

At kodakeprint.com, you can create a white list of users who can send Emails to your printer, change your printer Email address, or disable the service.

You can also view the status of your KODAK Email Print jobs at google.com/cloudprint, under the Print Jobs tab.

How do I change the Email address of my KODAK AiO?

To change the Email address of your printer, log on to www.kodakeprint.com with your Google account, and select Change Email Address.
