Hi Friends at Rowan University,

My name is Chris Evans and I am reaching out to you on behalf of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. I want to let you know about upcoming ALSF events, Alex’s Million Mile – Run. Walk. Ride. and the Lemon Run 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ Dash. ALSF is a non-profit charitable organization that raises money and awareness for childhood cancer research. Over the last 10 years we have raised over 100 million dollars and funded 500 research grants in North America. For more information about ALSF visit AlexsLemonade.org. Alex’s Million Mile – Run. Walk. Ride. is a worldwide, virtual event in which participants collectively run, walk or cycle 1 million miles and beyond throughout the month of September (Childhood Cancer Awareness Month). Join together with ALSF and pound the pavement to find a cure for Childhood Cancer. We would love to have you and your Students build a team, participate and help promote Alex’s Million Mile at Rowan University! It’s a fun and easy event to participate in that’s enjoyable for people of all athletic abilities. For more information visit AlexsMillionMile.org. The 7th Annual Lemon Run 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ Dash will be taking place on November 8, 2015 at Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. Designed to be a fun family event, a Kids’ Dash precedes the actual race enabling even the youngest of supporters to participate. Last year the Lemon Run had a record number of 2,500 participants and this year the event will reach $1 million raised since its inception. For more information visit LemonRun.org. If you are interested, registration for both events is open now! Please visit AlexsLemonade.org for more information. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you again for your time and consideration!
