We are pleased to inform you that in continuation with the effort to equip the young generation for

Maths Olympiad, Amity Centre for Mathematics Olympiad (ACMO) in collaboration with the Srinivasan

Ramanujan Centre, Kumbakonam - SASTRA will be conducting a unique 7 days and night workshop for

Mathematics of classes 6 to 12 .

In the workshop Dr. R. Srikanth and Dr. K. Kannan will deliver lectures and motivate students. We

believe that the training workshop will prove to be highly beneficial for the students taking part in Maths

Olympiad, which is being conducted by National Board for Higher Mathematics.

Dear Parents,

In the bid to instill the good virtues like regularity and punctuality, the school is adhering to the

following:

1) Schools official timing is 7:50 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.

2) a) Bus users – Students availing school bus facility should reach the bus stop well in time so as not to

keep the

other users waiting.

b) Van users – Students using Private Vans must ensure that the Van drops them by 7:45 a.m.

at Gate No 4 of the School. Gate No. 4 shall be closed sharp at 7:50 a.m.

c) Walkers – Parents of walker students are requested to drop their wards by 7:45 a.m. as the

Gates close down by 7:50 a.m.

3) Through School Almanac, parents will be intimated about their ward’s late coming. In case the child

comes late repeatedly (more than three times), parents will be expected to pick up the child and the

child will not be allowed to attend school, unless previously permitted.

School is the nursery of potential sportspersons. So, if during the formative years of a child’s life the foundation is laid and gradually a broader knowledge of how to achieve physical fitness is imparted, we would be a nation armed with health conscious individuals.

The timing of the camp will be 6:15- 7:45 am Monday to Friday (except on school holidays). Parents are requested to

drop their wards at 6:10 am at the school ground, AIS-46 Gurgaon. After the practice session normal school routine will be followed.

Selection of teams in age groups under 14/17/19 years (according to SGFI & Federation specifications) will be done from April 10 – May 10, 2013.

UPSC written exam for National Defence Academy (NDA). The UPSC exam for NDA will be held in Aug.

Dear Parent,

This is to inform you that we are commencing the classes for Class XI for the session 2013-14 w.e.f

from April 01, 2013.

Towards allocation of suitable streams, psychometric testing of all students of class X was done in the

month of July, 2012 followed by a one- to- one counseling session in January/ February 2013.

Provisional admission to students will be provided on the basis on these recommendations, student

interest along with the child s academic performance in classes IX and X.

The following subjects are being offered in the various streams for the Senior Secondary level. A total of

5 subjects must be selected.

Compulsory Subjects

a) Science Stream (Medical) : English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology

b) Science Stream(Non-Medical): English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

c) Commerce Stream: English, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics

Step 4: Results of streams allotted March 28, 2013

Step 5: Submission of fees on or before 1st April 2013

b) Decision of the allocation of streams and subjects rests with the School Management. The admission
