My senior year at West Virginia University I received the privilege to participate in the Google Online Marketing Challenge. My objective was to build an online marketing campaign through the use of “Google Adwords” to increase traffic to the site. I worked with a company known as www.EERGEAR.com , an online retailer of WVU novelty clothing. Within a week of launching the campaign I improved traffic to the site by 240,000 impressions and increased sales dramatically.
