seal so you can spray with confidence. A quick turn of the unitized system

secures the unit to the gun and activates the spring-loaded valve which

A NOTCH ABOVE THE RESTWhen you twist the quick-connect, self-sealing unitized system onto the

adapter, you can feel it engage and lock into the notches on the valve and lid.

This tactile information lets you know that all seals are engaged, the valve

has been opened, and you are ready to paint.

HAD YOUR FILL OF SPILLS?The valve system, used with the Norton actuated adapter, releases paint only when attached to the gun. The self-sealing, spring-loaded valve eliminates the need for plugs for

transporting, storing or shaking. The unitized lid/liner assembly is guaranteed never to come apart so you avoid the hazard and mess of spilled paint. No matter how you handle

it, the unitized leak-proof lid/liner assembly is guaranteed to remain securely sealed during disposal or storage.



Thread the Norton adapter to the spray gun. Seat the ring into the reusable mixing cup. Insert the liner into the ring.

Load the paint by weight or by using thepre-printed mixing ratio scales on the reusablemixing cup.

After shaking, check the lid and tightenif needed.

Lift the unitized system out of the reusablemixing cup.

Connect the air line to the gun and purge airfrom the liner, adjust the spray pattern andyou’re ready to spray.

After you are done spraying, disconnect the airhose, turn the gun upside down and pull thetrigger to purge the gun of any remaining paint.

Twist the unit clockwise to release the unit fromthe adapter for storage for disposal.

Seat the lid onto ring and rotate the lid to attach:

A 1/4 turn counter-clockwise until you heara “click”

B Then rotate lid clockwise until tight

*The tower has a self-sealing valve; so, no plug is needed.

Mix the paint by stirring (if not using a

mechanical shaker) and clean the liner/flangearea of any spilled paint before attaching the lid.

If using a mechanical shaker, add the shakercap and shake the paint.

Turn the unitized system upside down andscrew the lid assembly into the adapter(clockwise) until you feel and hear it click/lock.

EFFICIENT ASSEMBLYThe Norton Torq Paint System with SpillGard eliminates the problem of gunked up threads because each unit comes with a fresh set of threads. The only reusable component to

keep track of is the hard mixing cup with pre-printed measurements, so there are no inserts to keep track of either. The unitized lid/liner assembly is guaranteed not to come apart

during disposal or storage which eliminates the hazard and mess of spilled paint. And, the self-sealing lid keeps any remaining paint fresh for later use.

No matter how you handle it, the unitized leak-proof lid/liner assembly is guaranteed to remain securely sealed. We’ve sealed the deal on ease and efficiency when it comes to

disposable paint cups.

LINER/RING DISPENSER PACKEach self-dispensing pack comes with liners and rings for Small, Medium and Large units. The pack is divided to allow for easy

dispensing of the liners from the bottom and the rings are accessed from the re-closable door on the front. The self-dispensing pack

can be wall-mounted to keep the liners and rings clean and handy.

LID DISPENSER PACKEach self-dispensing pack comes with lids for Small or Medium/Large units. To allow for easy dispensing, the pack has 2

re-closable doors on the front. The self-sealing lids come in three mesh sizes: 80μ mesh (white), 125μ mesh (blue), 190μ mesh

(white) and no-filter. The self-dispensing pack can be wall-mounted to keep the lids clean and handy.

NOTE: Refer to the paint manufacturer’s recommendation for the correct filter mesh.
