Transcript of North Central Texas, this project’s previously · Oil & Gas Tax Benefits The tax benefits of gas...
Located in the far SE corner of Archer County in
North Central Texas, this project’s previously
drilled (2014 -15) 19 well lease is part of the
vast and shallow Gunsight Oil field. Our geology
staff has evaluated the 19 well Archer Co
workover and has recommended putting these
wells into production. The oil wells produced
from the Gunsight formation at approximately
700 ft. There is surrounding production from the
Gunsight formation.

Oil & Gas Tax Benefits
The tax benefits of gas and oil can be powerful. For investors in a high income bracket, and for
investors who have generated considerable income in the past year, the tax benefits of gas and
oil investments can offer legitimate ways to protect revenues and income from higher taxation.
No Drilling Required
19 wells have previously been drilled in the F.A.C.T. Lease ; hence no additional drilling costs to
investors.
5:1 ROI
(ROI) is a financial metric of profitability that is widely used to measure the return or gain from
an investment. ROI is a simple ratio of the gain from an investment relative to its cost.

This structure map shows the 19
wells drilled in the F.A.C.T. lease
(in magenta), and is contoured on
tops of the GunSight Sandstone
well log picks by our geology staff.
The grey colors reflect the relative
lower areas, while the yellow
colors reflect the relative higher
areas of the tops of the GunSight
Sandstone. Generally, this
formation appears to be dipping
upward to the South West portion
of the lease and downward to the
North East portion.
The above structural well log cross section shows the GunSight Sandstone colored in
yellow according to interpretation of GR log curves. This section shows the formation dips
upward to the South East of the F.A.C.T. Lease acreage and as also shown in the
previous structure map.
